Did Heins mention just how old and out of date all of their phones have been up to the Z10? Did he mention how arrogant his company was for several years after the launch of the iPhone?

Just because Blackberry survived longer than Palm doesn't mean they were making a better phone. I think Palm's demise started to really happen when their bread & butter Pre was launched on one of the worst and smallest carriers exclusively (Sprint). Had it been a GSM AT&T phone, that's what I probably would've bought instead of my first iPhone...

I really liked my older Palm phones, but there was no way I was switching to Sprint.
