I have an envelope mailing list that I periodically need to remove items from.

On the old version of Pages (pre-mavericks), I would just go to page thumbnail, select the page, and hit delete, no fuss, no muss. That functionality seems to be gone now and replaced with ?????? Online help was of no use.

Anyone out there decipher a work-around?

The first thing that occurs to me as a workaround is to simply continue using the prior version of Pages for this task. Installing Pages 5 didn't delete the older version; if you did, just restore from backup and keep both around for now.

The second workaround is to stop using Pages for it at all. Put the addresses in the Contacts program, make them part of a group and remove (or add) group members as appropriate. Contacts has (basic) envelope printing itself that includes the ability to print all members of a group or selection. That might be sufficient
