Who signed up for the beta? Who got accepted?
I was lucky enought to find a fellow WarCraft-er on this forum, and as soon as I read the message on how Blizzard is accepting 100,000 randomly selected beta-testers for the expansion to WarCraft III: The Reign of Chaos (great game), I registered!
Soon afterwards, I got an e-mail (today) from Blizzard, saying that I was one of the 100,000 beta testers! As soon as I'm done installing WarCraft III: ROC, and then install 'Frozen Throne', I'll be sure to write about it!
I'm also almost sure that there are lots of you out there who were accepted as well! Let's hear what we all think about 'Frozen Throne' ey?

You should be very careful to re-read Paragraph 4 of the license agreement you committed to when you accepted the beta version. I'm referring to the section entitled "Confidentiality," if it's unclear.

I got in, but I've had nothing but trouble... I still can't even get it installed.
If anyone knows of a magic cure to get v301 downloaded, I would absolutely love to hear it...

look out at the battle.net forums. seems some people have had probs getting the updates to work
there is somethinga bout canceling after a few percent gets done, but i was lucky and had NO problem getting mine updated the first time, i only had to go thru like 5 diff updates though, all in all took about 20 minutes
