Has anyone else found difficulty in printing photos with Panther? I have found that the ability to print simple 4x6 photos, an easy task in OS9, has gotten harder. I have a Canon S630, and have not been able to print any successful photo in OS X, using IPhoto, Imagebrowser, etc. When i switch to Classic and Imagebrowser 1.5, with Canon perforated paper, printing is easy. With their new Imagebrowser 3.5, the paper handling is off, prints start too far down on the same paper. Any suggestions? Canon has been of no assistance, they keep giving me advice which contradicts earlier responses.

Hi Robert,
Epson's Website for the S630 EpsonS630 says its borderless printing is compatible with OSX(Jag) or later. If you installed the drive maybe try GraphicConverter in Applications folder. Just a thought.

Thi printer is a Canon, not Epson.

Typo..have you gone to Applications/Utilities/Printer Setup Utility and pick your driver in OSX?

Printing in OSX isn't difficult compared to OS9, it's just different. Set your page sizes in Page Setup and make sure to explore the "Copies & Pages" pull down menu in the Print dialog. There's a wealth of options in there.

It took me a while to figure out that "Copie and Pages" was the place to look for photo printing options. That part is a little less intuitive than OS 9. The prints I produce in X are every bit as good as those I used to produce in 9.
It seems to be easier to save preset printing options (eg. Photo, or Standard) with X. I never bothered to do that with 9.
