Can I have 3 networked pc's play the exact same tunes from a list in itunes? Maybe via streaming?
essentially I want to have whole house audio, so I can stream internet radio, but what if I want to choose an mp3 playlist, how do I have 3 pc's tap into the same song and sync together?

Probably not but you waited less than two hours for a reply. Calm down, it takes time to get responses on a web board.
Now, are all the computers Windows PCs? If so, you're not going to get much help here. iTunes doesn't sport built-in streaming. There are products that will do this on a Mac, but this introduces another problem. Streaming audio isn't necessarily synced. This is for a couple reasons:
1) Communication on the internet is largely point-to-point instead of multicast, making the communication distribution serial (a small difference in time, but still will have an effect).
2) Dependent on the speed of the computers, one may lag while decoding the stream.
3) Network latencies may be different.
You can probably get an approximate sync, but not total.
