iBook Problem

I have a 600mhz Ibook, w/10.3.3. I am having a problem with it hanging. After a couple of hours of use, it stops. I have to press the power button to recover... has anyone had this problem. Does it sound like the logic board? Should I bring it to the Apple Store even though it is out of warrenty.
