I want a Garmin GPS but...

I would love to purchase a Garmin GPS but it won't sync with the Mac (P.C. only thank you). Is there anyone out there with a GPS that works with Mac OS 10.3? Any suggestions what to do about the lack of Mac support?

You could also try Apple's Mad4Mac site or Versiontracker.com to see what is listed in each of these places. Simply enter "GPS" in the search boxes.
