You're more than welcome to add more. Just go to the Advanced menu, then choose "Open Stream", and copy/paste the URL there. If there's no BBC to begin with, you're going to have to hunt down the URL manually. Whether it saves or not, I wouldn't know; I'm not a big fan of online radios.

By default, streaming MP3 format will default to iTunes. It'll appear just like a track in the library. From there you can drag it into the playlist window so it's easily accessible. This is what I did with a local alternative station that has a weak signal. If you want to test it go to www.woxy.com (click "listen") or one of the millions of streaming MP3 stations out there.
From what I just saw on the BBC's radio website, it seems that all of their broadcasts use RealOne Player. I don't know if there's an way to route this to iTunes, but I kind of doubt it. I'm sure that this would hold true for Windows Media streams as well. They're proprietary formats. Hopefully somone can prove me wrong on these though.

You can use Nicecast to capture audio from any Mac application (such as RealPlayer and Windows Media Player) and redirect it as a local MP3 stream, then use iTunes to listen to the local stream at http://127.0.0.1:8000 and broadcast it to Airport Express.
