As discussed earlier, some of us NEED the equivalent of the Windows QuickBooks Pro Timer. This handy little appication allows you to record/log time spent on clients/projects and then import it into QuickBooks.
Does this version of QB 2005 for Mac OS X have a timer?

by doing a google search on "quickbooks timer", I found a website called http://getmytime.com - they offer a web-based timer that they claim is compatible with both Windows and Mac versions.
Has anyone used this product/service?

I'm having great success with A&E Expense Tracker - it's compatible with Mac OS X and Quickbooks Pro 2008.

I am the owner and founder of GetMyTime.com. We created our first web timer over 7 years ago because the Quickbooks timer would frequently crash our PCs, and because it wouldn't work on our Macs. Since that time we've upgraded our services many times and added enhanced feature not found in other time tracking solutions. There is a free 30 day trial (we don't even ask for your credit card to try it out), so I highly recommend trying it out. I think you'll find it meets your needs at a very economical price.
