From back in the early days of the Mac, I have lots of files in Fullwrite Pro and WriteNow. I'd like to open them and convert them to MS Word or RTF documents. I think MacLinks opens WriteNow, but it doesn't list Full Write Pro. Anyone know how to do this, preferably as a batch process, without having to install the old programs, open each document and resave it as rtf?

not sure, but have you tried BBedit or TextWrangler ?
not real sure about TextWrangler, but BBedit has imported stuff that I could not have otherwise opened with the usual word processors. might be worth a shot.

Thanks. The problems is that I want to retain formatting and don't want to do each file individually. There are probably about 100 of them. /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

FullWrite Pro should be available as no-cost download. Do search for it by name.
WriteNow is also available. I have version 4.02.
Possibly Tex-Edit or BB Edit offer conversion scripts that allow most formatting to be retained.
