Excel 2004 - Carriage Return in cell??

Hi All,
Does anyone know how to add a carriage return to a cell in Excel 2004? I know in Windows it's Alt+Enter, but the same doesn't work on a Mac...

To apply to a range of cells:
Format>Cells>Alignment check wrap text.
