Someone had mentioned that you can now buy a Superdrive (Pioneer A03/A04?) and install it as your internal drive. Is that true? Where is that site again for ordering the drive?

Lots of places. You can go to pricewatch.com and do a search for pioneer dvr A04. I purchased mine at Hypermicro.com (345.00), that was for the pioneer dvr 104, only difference in that and the A04 is the packaging and included software (that you don't need). You will have to purchase from Apple IDVD in order to burn DVD's with it. Installation was easy. You may want to purchase a Firewire case for your current drive and use it has an external.
