Hi- I've heard that spotlight searches through MS Office files, among others, but I haven't heard definitively if it can search the contents of PDFs- can someone answer this for me before I go buy it? Also, does the spell-check feature work when typing in Safari (or other browser) fields like the one i'm typing in right now?- that would be nice. Can you set it so that your MS Word user dictionary is used instead of a separate Apple dictionary? I have multitudes of obscure technical words added to my Word dictionary and don't want to have to tell the new dictionary to re-learn them all. Thanks!

Don't know, probably depends on what format both use for their dictionaries.
