I am building a new house in la jolla california. 6000 square feet and I am having my office in the basement. There will be a basemend and 3 levels above it. In my office there are going to be at least 4 computers running G4s dual 17inch monitors and archicad. We are going to have a dedicated room in our basement for a plotter and a server. Right now I am looking at either having a xserve or a G4 as my server. I am going to have 1 airport in my basement so I can walk around with my powerbook. One on the main level because I doubt that the one in the basement will make it through the 3 inch concrete floor.

On the third level I will have another airport base station so that I can lay in bed and surf the net.

I am also going to be running cat 5-e to most areas of the house and in the office so that it will be faster.

At this point probably none of you are believing me so if you would like I will be happy to email you plans and model pictures.

I am going to have an imac in my kitchen will a tv card so that I can watch tv on it.

Anyone else have any suggestions. I will have a grand total of about 10macs in my house and I need to know what you guys think about what I have listed so far.
