iPhoto organization question

I am new to iPhoto, but I noticed that the photos are organized my date. Is there any other way to organize my photos, lets say by title? I am talking about the "library iPhoto" folder located in Pictures.
Also, how can I view lots of pictures from within a folder without using iphoto or "Preview"? With "preview" I have to click every single photo in any given folder.

There is no other way to organize the actual files for iPhoto...that's the organization that iPhoto exects to use, and should not be touched. When you use the program, you're not intended to navigate to the files in the Finder at all, but to view them through the iPhoto interface, within which you can then sort and select in the ways you're talking about, including by title.
As for the many photos, if you're looking at a collection of photos within iPhoto just use the slider in the lower right corner to resize the library image...you'll be able to get many on one screen.

Is there any other program that I could use to only view images?
Let me explain, I have a few folders with lots of images and I sometimes want to view them all. I need a software were I can browse images of any given file. Currently I go to the file and click on the image and it open with "preview".
OR, how do I do to keep all the images of any given folder in the "Drawer" of the software "Preview". When I open a picture and I open the "drawer" it shows only 1 picture (the one I openned). BUT there are more pictures/photos in that folder.

Go to VersionTracker.com and search for image browser. You'll get a number of hits on apps that may be just what you're looking for. Among them will be Image Browser, Simple Image Browser, CocoViewX, freesee, QPict and MuchoViewer. Some are freeware, some shareware.
Another way to quickly view the photos in a folder is to select all of the files you want to view and drag onto the Preview icon. They will open in preview, one image per page with the thumbnails in the pop-out drawer.

Yeah, I have the latest Tiger version with updates.
Is there a way to prevent selecting all photos and dragging to "Drawer" all the time?
Too bad I have to say this but Windows XP has this feature. I can go to any folder and when I click a photo in Windows Viewer I can continue viewing the rest of photos available in the current folder.
Hey, I still prefer Mac!

This may not be what you want but why not keep all your photos in iPhoto. Then you could organize them by albums (folders) and look at any grouping that you would like to see. It would also eliminate the navigating around the finder to locate folders of photos. They would all be in iPhoto.
I guess I don't understand the need to manipulate the actual files in the finder.
