finding Quicktime files in iMovieHD

help please in finding Quicktime files in iMovieHD.

I'm not sure what you're asking for, but I'll take a stab.
If you want to get access the individual movie files within an iMovie project folder/file, first you must locate the iMovie Project file. If you right click (or control-click) on the icon, you'll see an option for "Show Package Contents". If you select this, it'll open the iMovie Project file just like any folder.
Is this what you wanted? Just be careful not to mess around in that file, as you might corrupt the project for use in iMovie.
