Reset iTunes delete playlist warning?

This seems a really simple question but I can't find the solution anywhere.
A (long) while ago when I selected a playlist and pressed delete iTunes would bring up a dialogue box asking me if I really wanted to delete the selected playlist. It also had a check box to turn off the warning forever. Well, I selected that and now after deleting several large playlists accidentally, I want my warning back!
I have tried deleting all of iTunes' preference files in ~Library/Preferences and ~Library/Preferences/ByHost/ but to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas to get it back apart from completely resetting iTunes and losing my entire music library?
Thanks

com.apple.iTunes.plist is the right file to delete. I just tested it to confirm, and it works. Make sure iTunes is not running when you delete the file...

That's strange, I just tested it again with iTunes off and it resets everything but the warnings. I can still just select the playlist and press backspace and it's gone for good. Is there some kind of Terminal fix?

Not that I'm aware of, as I think this data is stored in some sort of encoded form in the prefs. But it definitely worked for me; the warning dialog pops back onscreen after I simply move the prefs out of its normal location, forcing iTunes to create a new set.

Still didn't work for me so I tried setting up a new user account and copying the preference file from there which did the trick.

I deleted the .plist file and it reset my iTunes prefs. Fine and dandy, but then I created an untitled playlist and deleted it without a warning popping up. It wasn't until I named the playlist and added songs THEN tried to delete it that the warning popped up. Hope this clears up any confusion.

No need to delete the preference file in iTunes 8. Just choose reset warnings in the advanced portion of the preferences. Note that it will not warn for empty playlists.

I too would like to re-set my iTunes........deleting a playlist without warning blow!

I found the "Reset all dialogue box warnings", and nothing changed. Hitting delete blows out the playlist, no warning, no undo. Any ideas here appreciated!
