In either /Library or the Library in your home directory, iTunes and then iTunes Plug-Ins.

There is a pretty nifty visualizer plugin available which uses the keyboard backlight of many Apple laptops as an iTunes Visualizer. It is not perfect but having your keyboard lights pulsate with the music in any way is still way cool. I wrote about it in my blog if anybody wants to try it out.
PS When I say available, someone quickly coded it together and put it as a free download on their personal site but if people think it is cool I imagine someone will improve it.

Thanks for the tip! That sounds really cool except I can't figure out how to get to your blog so if you could share some links with us I'm sure plenty of people would love to try out the plugin you mentioned that your friend made.
