I'm trying to get Dawn of War to work on my Macbook Pro. I assume Paralells won't work as it is a rather graphics intensive game. i've tried to use boot camp, but I get a message that says some files can't be moved to create the partition and I have to format my hard drive to get it to wrok, which I really don't want to do as I like how my lap top is. So I'm left with trying cross over. However, I've never used it before. When I install it I get a message saying I need my Mac OS X Install Disc 1 to get a component called "quartz-wm" from Apple's X11 app (which I have installed on my laptop). My Install Disc is at my parents house several hundred miles away. I can use cross over without quartz but it is ugly according to the pop up. I try to install DoW using cross over, and Im not sure I'm doing it right, but it starts, but freezes later on. Does anyone know how I can get DoW to work or cross over for that matter?
