Why don't publishers of games make games both for mac and windows (like Blizzard does with its computer games)?

Well, because Micro$oft eats them. Well, at least, they ate the outstanding game maker Bungie because they were jealous. They just can't stand losing. Poor babies. Anyway, that's my rant.

Just FYI, back when Bungie was independent, they developed all of their recent games for both Windows and Macs simultaneously (giving the Windows versions more attention, of course) so Microsoft didn't really have anything to be jealous of. They simply wanted some top quality exclusives for the XBox.
Furthermore, even after the purchase, Bungie games are still coming out for Mac. Halo is actually scheduled for a simultaneous Windows/MacOS release this year.

Hi
That's what I meant, sort of. They are now going to make, probably, most of the games for the X-Box first, and than possibly PC/Mac. Halo was suppose to be first on the Mac and poor Billy got scared and messed himself /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif Billy always has something to be jealous of. That's what M$ is based on. Anyway, Bungie was awesome!
