Capture a series with iSight?

Hello Everyone.
I remember reading about a program that you can use<I believe as part of a security measure> to have your iSight take pictures at set intervals. My plan is to make a short stop motion esque video of my workday/what my compy sees. Does anyone know what program I could use to do this? Or is there a simple way to Script it? <I know nothing of Apple Scripts so some help or pointers there would help too.>

Not sure if this is it, but EvoCam can do that.
