Hi, Its been a LONG time since I played with MAC's. I remember the original MAC. Anyway, here my problem:
Cable modem> vonage modem> 1-NP 7410 internet printing/wirless ready
2-phone
3-Sony XP machine (this comp controls all function on printer)
4-Linksys wireless router (I know it works because 2 XP computer can access it, plus my Ibook g3)
If I hook my Ibook directly, I can look thru my netwook and install my HP printer. If I acess wireless network NO LUCK.) HP will noyt help me install my printer onto my Ibook, unless i pay.
I know my HP printer can print thru internet, its got an IP address and my laptops have the ability to internet print.
<Ibook g3 600 mhz 10.3.9 256ram>
Can someone help me internet print to my HP?
PS. I downloded HP drivers, tried IP printer/ tried window printing/ and rerendevous.
Thanks in advance.

HP uses proprietary protocols for network printing. In Printer Setup, click Add, then click More Printers, then select HP IP printing.
- Sorry, that's for 10.4 (More Printers). You need to find HP IP and use that.

Tks Gsahi for you quick response.
I tried HP Ip protocal with no success.
I still dont understand why is it that I can not see my printer drivers?
I have gotten so far as to print garbage on an "out of control printer".
I downloaded drivers from HP and was sucessful with wired printing thru my network.
Bummer.

Can you confirm you have the HP network option and not a different print server? HP installers often screw up permissions - have you repaired permissions?
