As ISPs constrict file-sharing services such as Bittorrent, new data shows that users are moving to file-hosting Web sites to avoid the bandwidth lockdown. more

and they won't.... because if they do new addresses will pop up like mushrooms.... where there's a market there's supply... hasn't the drug war showed us/taught us anything?????
