HELP! Leopard keeps crashing on me and I have no idea why. Individual apps are not crashing, the whole OS just stops and cues me to power cycle. This seems to have something to do with printing pdfs or large docs, but I'm not sure. Below is the error message:

Can someone decipher this?
Other important info (perhaps) is that I recently uninstalled Intego software that won't run in 10.5. I use 3rd party ram (2 gigs) but have never had any problems with it until now. I connected a brand new Iomega hard drive shortly before this started. And someone sent me a .doc infected with a macros virus which i did NOT open.

Leopard Crashing Seemingly Without Reason

While I don't speak Machine Language, I can suggest using a memory tester for your RAM. I found this because it is free. It might return something. When you say "power cycle", could you be referring to a Kernel Panic? This is a black screen with white type that prompts you to restart in 5 languages. I'll keep thinking, but usually this sort of thing is due to a 3rd party application.

I found this article on the apple support site that can help you narrow down an issue, maybe it will help you.
Another suggestion: create a second user, and see if the problem persists with that account. If it doesn't, the problem might be tied to a third party application or a preference in the first user account.
