I'm going to start flying again and have decided to jump into x-plane for some practice (IFR).

does the saitek yoke system work on the mac?
is it better than the CHproducts system?

are the global scenery dvd interchangeable between versions 8 and 9?
any comments on 9?

i am trying to compare this one;

I'm partial to the CH Products stuff simply because I've had really good luck with getting it to work. For a commercial airplane HOTAS system, I'd go with the Flight Sim Yoke and pedals. They're not described as Mac-compatible but they do indeed work.
