I have HDV24p footage (just one hour long) from a JVC PRO HD camera and I upload this footage by firewire to my FCP, setting my FCP easy setup to this way (tell me if it is the right way) "format" to HDV, "rate" to 23.98FPS and "custom setup" to HDV-720P24 ...... well now all my footage is loaded TO THAT WAY, but now I have to convert it (HDV 24P) to 29.97 and TO THE BEST QUALITY POSSIBLE and put it in a DVCAM tape for deliver ........... I had good experiences with compressor before in others converts and I have cinema tools (maybe it work for this case I dont know) well hope someone can help me with this. thanks for the responses.
