Problems with Safari in Leopard

Everythings been fine since the migration 2 weeks ago. Now, it says 'not connected to internet' just b4 the homepage (apple) comes up. Also, numerous errors when yahoo opens up. Activity chart under the window tab in finder says 'no internet connection' against many startup items in yahoo.


BUT...all other sites work just fine. Is this perhaps a temporary flutter or the sign of some worse trouble to come. Any tips?
