I live in Rockford, Illinois. We have lousy coverage by AT&T. When will Apple make a deal with someone like Verizon, Sprint or US Cellular? Going with AT&T exclusively was a mistake for many potential users.

To tell you the truth, I've been with AT&T for years and couldn't be happier. It's the best service I've ever had.

I just found this. I was looking to change companies. I have also been with at&t forever.
Two days ago ....
I added an iphone and case and accesories. ONE iphone plus keeping my flip phone.
I did this ONLINE ( 5 times yet as online at&t logs you off every 15 seconds...) with a supervisor on the phone WITH me
to prevent errors.
SO when I get fed ex and sign ( with someone on hold on the phone)--what do i later see I signed FOR????( two days ago)?
2 identical sets of iphones and accessories. To add insult to injury not just 500 dolloars approx. duplicated, but 718 numbers. I want 917 thank you.
am currentluy on hold and .... may not stay on hold.
NOT HAPPY with them is a HUGE understatement.
I am tempted to call Beverly at the broadway 54th ST. store ( supervisor apparently) who said in a dismissive tone: " we don't have any iphones" to tell her well beverly dear I now, have TWO. SO if you want to pay for them at 799 each? Come get them.
I am NOT payoing 499 whatever twice.Esp. as the iphone being new ( knowing apple intimately) willinevitably have ISSUES.
and god knows what att wireless thinks they were going to charge me.
not happy with at and t wireless.
apparently i now have a 917 number ( i will believe that if and when i see it)
and ... i am still on hold watiing to hear exactly HOW MUCH TROUBLE they think i am going to go through to return the duplicate iphone.
ugh.
it is not just the extra 500... but what the hell were they [lanning on charging me? why didi i order with a supervisor and go through EVERY STEP with him and get 2 uiphone sets with acessories?????
and 718? I refuse to ever live in Brookly ( having been there). I won't use 718.
