I have a Powerbook G3 with firewire ports. It is often called a Pismo. I have 1 GB RAM and Mac OS X 10.4.11. It has no Apple Airport Card installed.
I'd like to have wireless capability with this machine for use both at home with my wireless router and while on the road.
An Apple Airport Card is sold by many vendors but always seems so expensive. In looking at PCMCIA cards is is extremely difficult for me to tell which ones are Mac compatible. Can anyone fill me in on the make and model of the cards you might be using on an older Powerbook?
