I use a lot of words that are not in the dictionary such as Sanskrt etc.. I would like to add
them to the computers's dictionary. Can I? How?

There are two ways to do this:

1) Right click (Control-click) on the "misspelled" word. In the menu that pops up, select "Add".
2) While spellchecking the document, there is an option "Add" there.

Both of these add the word to the dictionary.
