How can they say the iPhone hasn't been subsidized before? You can only use it under specific contracts with a single supplier in countries in which its available, and the one country that sells the iPhone without requiring such a contract increases the price by a couple hundred euros.

How can Apple sell the very same products cheaper overseas then in the US?
