Actually, Sanyo specifically says lens.

It's a bit confusing. These models are very similar to others with the same body style. Some come with lenses, some do not. Some mention optional lenses, as well.
The product pages for these mention that the lenses are available separately, though some of the documentation (specs, user manual) aren't that clear, or don't specifically mention having to buy the lens separately.
The lenses range from about $500 up to $5000 (USD).

You all realized that these spec's for brightness are pretty bogus depending on the technology used right?

We need this spec as it really gives the full picture, not some marketing spec that sounds good and says little.
