Does everyone understand why people went mad to Paypal for claiming Safari is insecure since it doesn't support (!) Anti Phishing extension? 2 Guys coding shareware company can do it. It was never a big deal. Kudos to Agile guys for greatness as usual.

Beware of this update: if you install it and you got the free MacWorld license then you're out of luck. Now you need to purchase it!

Right. Which is why I mentioned that in the first paragraph of the article.

Peter, I just wanted to re-iterate it.
When you launch 1Password and click on update (which I did prior to reading this article) then you get screwed on that one.

Serves you right for not reading the article first, then. :)

For what it's worth, you can downgrade to an older (2.4-2.5x) version of 1Password at any time.

>> Peter, I just wanted to re-iterate it.

So a user "reiteration" buried in the comments section is going to be more visible to readers than what the author wrote in the lead-in paragraph to the piece?

Not.

And for those who click the upgrade button prior to reading the daily Macworld articles, how does your "reiteration" help them?

This is a BS attempt at an explanation. Just say you're sorry for being thoughtless and move on.
