Exchange Server compatibility with Entourage 2008 - Can't view others availability

Origianlly since moving to Entourage 2008 I have no complatibility issues with my Corp Exchange servers, Now most times in the Calendar I cannot view others availability when creating a meeting maker or view availability of an existing meeting. Corp IT is no help since MAC and MAC Office are not supported. All other functionality in Entourage works flawlessly. Any help would be appreciated.
