Hi there,

I bought my macbook one year ago and am absolutely happy with it - so far.

Since this weekend, without apparent reason, both Safari and Firefox keep failing to connect to the internet. I tried all the usual things to fix (reconnecting airport, setting up connection with airport again etc.) and even network diagnostics is telling me that my connection is working as normal. I have three of four bars from the airport signal, so I doubt that it´s a hardware problem.
As soon as I start Safari or firefox, they try to load for several minutes and then stop saying that no connection could be established. I did not download anything lately, so I´m not really sure what this could be. Any advice?

Thank you.

Open Internet Connect, then go to Airport and see if it says you are connected to the internet and to your network where it says Status.
