I was not going to buy one, since I already have one, but at $200, I am getting tempted.

Will there be an upgrade path for current iPhone owners?

Such a drastic reduction in price can only mean one thing: no one's buying the iPhone and Apple has to slash prices to move whatever inventory they can! Apple, Inc. is so beleaguered that they must liquidate their assets; I sure hope they return the money to the shareholders....

Yep: sell current iPhone on eBay, buy new iPhone. Apple's got ya covered!

I think you'll find they raised the price of the phone, but now its being subsidised by the phone companies.

Although the new 3G iPhone will be cheaper, what will AT&T charge for the new 3G service? I've never seen any guesses yet online!

It's interesting that the optional white color on the 16GB model will only be on the back. The front will apparently still be black according to the Apple Store.

There was no mention about AT&T pricing for 3G data usage. Shortly after the announcement, the AT&T plan site went down. I wonder if pricing will go up from $20/mo to something more like $45/mo?

The only gripe I have is the lack of a flash for the camera. The rest is everything I could want in a phone and mobile computing platform. The Moto L7's days are numbered.
