I have bought both Mondo Solitaire and Solebon by Smallware. Solebon has more elegant graphics, smoother and beautiful animations and overall offers a better experience. It feels stable and complete. Some might dismiss it as "too simple and plain". To me, it all boils down to gameplay and right now Solebon offers a better one. Ambrosia offers flashier graphics and eye candy, more solitaires and shows great promise, but as you said it's not quite there yet. I am confident that Ambrosia will address all those problems soon though and offer a unique solitaire experience on iPhone. I have also bought Aki Mahjong from them and I am more than happy with both of my purchases. iPhone was but now is definitely THE mobile platform.

Thanks for the tip about Solebon. I just picked it up. When there's a single review like this, you sometimes wonder if it's a schill, but all but one review on iTunes echo your sentiments, so I picked the game up.

They both offer statistics, even though Mondo Solitaire's Stats location is less than obvious.
