Here's the deal- we've all been in the situation with AT&T where you go in and there's some little thing
holding you up - where it's you have a corporate discount and you aren't eligible for the so called
$199 price so you're now going to pay $399 instead.
So now you're in the Apple store and what do they have in their arsenal to solve these problems?
They get on their little iPhones and they call AT&T and then hand the phone to you and it's so noisy in
the store you can't tell what the AT&T representative is saying... So the Apple rep tries again on his
Symbol handheld to get you the phone and there's the error again and he says go home and call
AT&T and resolve this with them and gives you a little card so you don't have to wait 4 hours in line
again.
Apple don't ever try to register phones for AT&T again - you just don't know how to screw us like
AT&T knows how once you enter the store . . .
