iphone copy and paste or landscape text coming july 25th?

so i dont know if anyone else has heard this but i have a freind that works with some of the developers at mac and supposebly by the 25th of this month they are gonna release and upgrade that will give all users of the new 3g landscape text and copy paste and a few other features. anyone else hear this i cant find it anywhere on the web?
