Syncing Outlook w iPhone

Using the USB connection, I have been able to sync my Outlook contacts and IE Favorites through iTunes to my iPhone 3G. However, it won't pick up my calendar entries. What do I need to do differently? It certainly looks like I have iTunes configured correctly.
