Dammit... is there some great Apple conspiracy to prevent us from having a WIRELESS keyboard with a freaking NUMBERPAD?
Arrrrgggghhh.... My old Apple wireless KB is getting long in the tooth and considering it's the 3rd one i've had with this machine, will probably not last much longer.

As others say here, where is the numeric keypad???? I make my living using the numeric keypad.
Like others I have an Apple white plastic BlueTooth keyboard that is slow acting & getting old. Since Steve Jobs has pronounced that all Mac Users that use a BlueTooth keyboard do not ever use the numeric keypad. Using one would be heresy. So it looks like Logitech being politically did not want to worry Mac Users & to help them avoid any heresy, also built their Mac BlueTooth keyboard without a numeric keypad.
I guess that when I pray tonight, I'll have to pray for forgiveness when I use my numeric keypad on my keyboard.
Apple's new aluminum extended keyboard is the best they have ever done. Other than my limited use of my plastic BlueTooth Apple keyboard, this is the only Apple keyboard I've used on a dily schedule.
Logitech, Apple, Macally, someone give us a new Mac keyboard that works using BlueTooth. I'm waiting but not holding my breath. Until then I'll use one of my keyboards with a built-in keypad.

If you use Growl for onscreen notifications (Mail, Adium, etc.), you might want to think twice about using this keyboard -- or at least the Logitech drivers. There's a conflict between Growl and the Logitech Control Center software. Essentially, the Logitech Control Center intercepts some low level calls that should be processed by Growl.
It would be worth checking with both the Growl developer and Logitech to see if this conflict still exists.

Wow, which orfice did you pull that out of???
The ORIGINAL diNovo keyboard is also without keypad... The track-circle is also a scroll device, NOT a trackpad.
MOST people use the keypad a small number of times per day. Not to say that everyone does this, but the majority of 'normal' users barely use it all, or can easily transition to the numbers at the top of the keyboard.
I've been using the PC version since it came out and can tell you that it's easy to use the numbers on the top of the screen. I really don't miss the numpad all that much. I do use the numpad on my Mac keyboard (aluminum, wired) but not that much. I would be ok with getting a numpad for the times that I would need it. Be it wired or wireless (matters not with an USB hub in the mix)...
The ONLY reason I use the wireless keyboard on the KVM box for controlling[up to] 4 x86 boxes (mix of Linux and Windows versions) is it's easier to move it to the side when I'm not using it. I have another system that I use a different wireless keyboard and mouse with too... I have that directly connected (the receiver to the system) since it's a game rig and I prefer to not have any (no matter how minor) lag between hitting a key and the system registering it.
