Not all lawyers are money grubbing-thieves, some put in an honest day's work, without many lawyers, justice would not be served, or with others, innocent people would face terrible punishment for actions they did not do. Also, there's not much you can accuse a patent lawyer of.

There's ALWAYS the blasted paperwork. You do know that paperwork was invented by lawyers, don't you?
