Note to Apple: Copy and paste are BIG DEALS and should be worked into the iPhone OS as soon as possible--after all the hassles of dropped calls and non-working 3rd party apps gets fixed, of course.
The iPhone OS will not really be a true mobile OS until copy and paste are a standard part of the OS. They are fundamental to working with email and many other texting types of programs.
Please elevate the level of importance of copy and paste Mr. Joswiak! I want to be able to copy definitions from the American Heritage Dictionary to emails; and email addresses, phone numbers and addresses from emails to my contacts, etc., etc. It's really important.
While OpenClip is a good idea, copy and paste NEEDS to be part of the basic OS.

I agree...with the above post. I cannot fathom why apple doesn't have C/P.
I am a huge apple user and even camped out for my first iphone. My 3G drops call like the slippery grip of a crack wh@#.
Also the Corrupting DRM resulting in continuous app crashes until complete removal and reinstall of apps is unreal.
This feels like the Treo 650 launch with NVFS all over again.
