I have used bluetooth mice - several - and they stink in comparison to RF. The problem with bluetooth mice (and keyboards) is that they take time to wake up and while sometimes it's several seconds, sometimes it's many seconds. I can't give you numbers now as it's been a while for me (since I switched to RF). Actually, as I recall, the keyboard was worse than the mouse (and that was an Apple wireless keyboard), but the mouse was bad too. For some people this won't be a problem, but for me I found the frequent need to click and click and click again to get the d*mn mouse and/or keyboard to wake up to be quite irritating. An RF mouse wakes up instantly, and also seems to go to sleep less often, yet also has dramatically better battery life. As far as the keyboard, I realized it made a lot more sense to have a keyboard with some USB ports on it then for it to be wireless in my situation. So, for me, I won't use another bluetooth mouse, and will stick with superior RF tech. I'd like something built in, but saving a USB port is a lot less important than saving my sanity.

I have a bluetooth from MacAlley for my imac; it takes forevewer to wake up, the charger dosen't always work, and it eats throughb it's 2 AAA batteries. I also have a bluetooth travel mouse from logitech that is great, it wakes up quickly, it has great power management, it runs on 2 AA batteries, it dosen't have a charger, but I keep a couple of extra rechargable batteries and a charger around. The MacAlley eats through batteries and uses a red optical sensor ligtht, the logitech has a bluue light dffor its optical sensor.
