haha you'd this some who'd "invested alot of money in apple" would know that there cloud service is no longer called .Mac, not even .Me ... haha random...
anyway.. i think that part of there future transition for all ipods and macs and there displays should be a movement to OLED. they are so in love with there fantastic LED backlit screen... OLED doesn't even need backlighting, is much slimmer and more environmentally friendly. if you've no idea what i'm talking about, youtube "OLED"
thats my thoughts. i seriously doubt this'll happen for a few years though. just seems like a very Apple thing to do to me =]

The wrist area of my macbook has cracked 4 times and has now gone again and I am out of warrantee.
what state do you live in? most have a lemon law as well that when you make a purchase of a certain level (dollar amount), 3 failed fixes of the same symptom amounts to the requirement of the manufacturer to replace it. just a thought.

Waa Waa Waa, bunch of crybabies.
If Apple products weren't so innovative and awesome, you wouldn't be buying them or staying up on what's next! All new technologies come with bugs, and some never go away, ask the developers of Vista! I've been with Apple since the 2E and have had to delve into the PC world at times. You want to complain, start a discussion about that. I'll jump in with you, but Apple always either fixes the issue or compensates you somehow. I didn't see Microsoft handing out rebates for anything. They charge you $50 bucks just too tell you that they can't fix it and don't plan to.
