Had no problem downloading and installing. It took about five minutes!

Mine took around 10 mins to install.

Look at your signal indicator (3G/Edge) etc. they've changed.

I've not tested the GPS properly yet, but mine seems to be a bit further out in where I'm located, could be due to being in a house, and storms are just starting.

I noted though that when I dropped the pin and zoomed in to my location, the circle went to the edge of the screen in shape of the screen?

can register your hotmail account on it now but get...
"A Windows Live Hotmail Plus subscription is required to use Hotmail accounts with Mail. Visit get.live.com/mailplus/features for details. You can also access your Hotmail account on the web at mail.live.com"

Edit. Ok I've been informed this was available for 2.0? Not when I tried, thought it was new

hmmm... updating as I type. Why no articles yet about the contents of this update? Is it just too fresh yet?

I am so hoping to see someday soon:
MMS support
Call filtering
Turn by Turn
Record video (heard rumors that jailbroken phones can do this)

yeah..... and 2 of the big problems still exist!
1) You still can't get subscribed calendars on the iPhone even if they show up on Mobile Me
2) You still get a bunch of Phantom playlists that show up on the iPhone even though they aren't selected in iTunes...
As for the rest of the "updates" we shall see I suppose!
Rather significant disappointment at least on the first item above....

Did Apple add headphone button triple-click support for going back to the previous song?
