Funny how Jennings singles out Microsoft, but decides to leave Apple out of his comparison.

I wonder how long it will be before someone ports OpenStep and clean-rooms enough of the Apple SDK to make porting from iPhone to Android easy.
Until that happens, I think most developers will be too preoccupied with either making lots of money with Apple or churning out more corporate checklist items with Windows Mobile.
