ts not that apple dies not allow this is at&t that does want apps to use voip over their network. I mean let me ask you a question if you own a cellphone coMpany would you let another company to use your network for free so they can provide a similar service that you are providing hurting your potential revenue? I mean come on if that was the case we still be using 2 cans to make calls b real dude. Apple allows voip over wifi just not over network.
