Are you sure he said "in the year ahead" and not "in the yearssssssss ahead"?
And how is Windows 7 different from Vista 2?

The company hasn't nailed down an exact timeframe for its availability but Ballmer referred to the release of Windows 7 "in the year ahead."
Now where have we heard THAT before???
