Bad timing on this story since numbers revealed this morning are that they are now up seven percent.
Off topic, what kind of style guide has numbers under 10 not being spelled out while the word percent is?

Not only that, but isn't it today that has been named Cyber Monday? Black Friday is for brick and mortar stores, Cyber Monday is for internet shopping. I don't know, but my e-mail box was filled with offers by vendors that I have done business in the past. They where all send today.
